My journey into functional fitness didn’t begin in a textbook, it began on the road after a life-changing motorcycle accident in 2014. Physical therapy became my classroom, and movement became my mission.
Today, I bring that lived experience into every client session, backed by over a 15,000 hours of coaching, more than a decade of hands-on results, and multiple nationally recognized certifications from NASM, ACE, and PTAG.

Yes! What Is Virtual Coaching? Virtual coaching allows you to train with me from anywhere using FaceTime, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or any platform you prefer. Whether you have a full home gym or nothing but a mat and a water bottle—I’ll tailor your workouts to fit your space, goals, and equipment. Since the pandemic, I’ve successfully transitioned many clients to virtual training. With over 10,000 hours of coaching experience, I know how to adapt in real-time, offer clear guidance, and keep your progress moving—even through a screen. Virtual coaching is more than convenient. It’s effective, flexible, and personal. If you're ready for expert guidance, accountability, and results—without leaving home—I’m here to help you succeed, wherever you are.
Oliver Functional Fitness is located in Middleburg, FL, where I’ve converted my garage into a fully functional, climate-controlled private training studio. This space is ideal for clients who prefer privacy and a focused, one-on-one training environment—no crowds, no distractions, and no gym anxiety. Prefer to train in your own space? I also offer concierge training, where I bring the session to you. Whether it’s your home, garage gym, or office, I provide high-level coaching in the comfort and convenience of your environment.
Bring comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a towel. I have water and sports drinks and a restroom.
To respect both our time, I require at least 24 hours' notice for all session cancellations or reschedules. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full. That said—life happens. That’s why I offer a “Things Happen” waiver once per quarter. If an emergency or unexpected situation arises, you can cancel without penalty—no questions asked. This allows us to maintain consistency and professionalism while still offering grace when it’s truly needed.
Functional training is about more than just lifting weights—it's about training your body to perform better in real life. Every exercise I choose serves a purpose: to reduce pain, increase movement efficiency, and improve long-term health. At OFFC, I use movement strategies and progressions that closely align with physical therapy principles—like neuromuscular re-education, joint stability, and postural correctio —all while staying within my scope of practice as a certified personal trainer. This means you get structured, science-backed programs that restore function and build strength, without the guesswork or gimmicks.
Sometimes, what you need isn’t another workout, a massage, or a quick spinal crack—you need guided, hands-on mobility work that actually addresses the root cause of your tightness or pain. I offer Assisted Stretching & Mobility Sessions focused on improving flexibility, joint range of motion, and movement quality. These sessions include: -Passive and active-assisted stretches -Soft tissue release techniques -Mobility drills and breathing integration -Education on movement habits and corrective follow-ups You’ll leave feeling looser, more aligned, and equipped with tools for long-term relief—not just a short-term fix.
No - However, do we require a minimum 3-month commitment for our standard training programs, many clients find that after experiencing the personalized attention and results from our Starker Pack, they're eager to continue their progress at OFFC. Further, embarking on a fitness journey can feel overwhelming, especially when faced with long-term commitments. At Oliver Functional Fitness Coaching, we understand that every individual's path is unique. That's why we've introduced our Starter Pack—a no-pressure, introductory option designed to help you get started without the stress of a lengthy contract. This includes six 55-minute training session that includes a comprehensive biomechanical fitness test.
Yes—any prepaid sessions expire **6 months from the purchase date**. This helps ensure consistency and forward momentum in your training. However, if you’re traveling, sick, or need to reschedule for personal reasons, **you won’t lose your session.** We’ll simply adjust your schedule and make it up when you're ready. Flexibility is important—but so is accountability. The Starter Pack has a different Expiration. These 6 sessions will expire 8 weeks after your initial session.
Yes. I offer private, 1-on-1 in-person training sessions for clients in the Middleburg, Orange Park, Green Cove, and Jacksonville, FL area. Sessions are held in my fully equipped, climate-controlled private studio, so you can train without the distractions or intimidation of a big-box gym. For clients who prefer the ultimate convenience, I also offer Concierge Personal Training, I travel to your home or location of choice with the necessary equipment, providing the same high-quality, personalized programming in your own space. All in-person clients begin with a comprehensive biomechanical fitness evaluation to identify movement imbalances, joint limitations, and strength gaps. From there, I design a customized program that focuses on your goals, whether that’s reducing pain, improving mobility, building strength, or enhancing longevity and healthspan.

My longevity-focused training programs improve strength, mobility, VO₂ max, and balance, helping clients across the USA live pain-free and perform at their best, whether you’re training in person or online.
Yes. I offer small group training for 2–3 people at a time. The rate is $30 per person, per session, making it a great option for spouses, friends, or workout partners who want to train together. Group coaching delivers the same personalized programming as 1-on-1 sessions while being more budget-friendly, perfect if you want accountability, results, and a little friendly competition.
