Important Information Before You Apply

All 1-on-1 training packages require a minimum 3-month commitment. This ensures we have enough time to build momentum, implement your customized plan, and achieve lasting results.

Every new client begins with a comprehensive biomechanical fitness evaluation—included at no additional cost—to identify movement imbalances, strength deficits, and postural compensations.

I work with a limited number of clients at any one time to ensure high-quality, personalized coaching. As such, all applicants must apply to train with me to confirm availability and fit.
